MCC Discipleship Groups

Small Groups

At MCC we value growing in both formal and informal settings. It’s one of the reasons we intentionally don’t over program. We want to help you make space for authentic relationships to happen. At the end of the day our groups are places that foster relationships where authenticity, encouragement, and loving challenge are commonplace all with the hope that we become more like Jesus.

Why the variety?

Each group within our church aims to actively connect individuals to Jesus and foster meaningful relationships with one another. They work diligently to build a community that encourages spiritual growth in Christ through honest and supportive relationships, as well as through loving, constructive challenges. These groups provide a welcoming space for individuals to learn about Jesus and assist disciples in sharing and spreading God’s kingdom effectively. Each group uniquely focuses on different aspects of content and community, catering to a diverse array of personality types, which makes it significantly easier for both introverts and extroverts to find their own special place. Furthermore, they adapt to the varying needs of both new and long-standing members, offering differing levels of intimacy and spiritual accountability to ensure everyone feels included and supported on their faith journey.
